Faith in the Big House 1x57

Faith in the Big House goes deep inside a maximum-security prison farm in Louisiana to explore how persuasive formulas used by Christian missionaries can convert inmates. A group of evangelicals make a dramatic arrival to conduct a carefully scripted religious retreat, and five felons, handpicked by the Warden, join this “encounter with Christ”. Can these misfits—a reformed gang-banger, a twitchy jock, a narcissistic rock guitarist, a murderer turned self-made theologian, and a former college heartthrob athlete—find redemption? Or will the experience do little to change these men? Can religion keep these convicts from almost inevitably returning to lock-up?
