The snipers arrive in the United States’ capital, Washington, D.C.. They begin their reign of terror in suburban Montgomery County on the edge of D.C., firing out of the trunk of their Chevy Caprice.  In less than 24 hours, they leave five dead and a city, just one year after 9/11, on full alert.
